How do I join the Team KVH Ambassador Program?

Can I become a sponsored rider?

Yes, this presents a distinct opportunity where any ambassador has the potential to become a sponsored rider. At regular intervals throughout the year, specifically each quarter, we carefully choose a number of riders from our team of ambassadors to receive sponsorship benefits.

What is the return policy?

Bought it but don't love it? That's OK. We've all been there. Luckily we handle a standard 15 day returns. Check it out here.

How can I return/exchange my online order?

Just not quite satisfied with your order? No worries. You can send the item/order back to our headquarters in Armenia within 15 days of receipt. Please send along a copy of your invoice and a completely filled out return form. If you would like to receive a different item, you can return the order and place a new order online.

Which couriers do you use?

Please make sure you are satisfied with the product availability message before selecting a courier since we must wait during these processing periods before shipping your purchase.  Items that don't say "Immediate Dispatch" won't leave us the same day you place your purchase.

For the majority of our delivery, we use CDEK, ONEX, and Globbing.  Large products occasionally travel with other reputable third-party carriers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times typically range from 3 to 8 working days, depending on the destination country. Delivery timeframes range from 5 to 13 working days for items that are not currently in stock at our warehouse. More details are available on the product page.

Although we try our best to meet all delivery deadlines, sometimes we may experience delays in our delivery system. In such cases, our team will send you an email to update you on the status of your order. If you need your order urgently, please reach out to us before you place your order so we can confirm that we can meet your requirements. We always strive to be helpful and accommodating!

If I do not want to pay online, can I pay when receiving the order?

Yes, you can! We accept payments with cash or payment card at the time you receive your order in Republic of Armenia only.

How do I place an Order?

You must first locate the items you want to order. To enter the correct category, use the menu.

After you've found the appropriate category, you may click on the item you want to view the product page.

The product name, description, price, and images for each color are all displayed on the product page. On the product page, there is a link to a sizing guide as well. Click "add to basket" after selecting your chosen color and size.

When you click "add to cart," a small pop-up window appears to let you know what has been added to your basket. You may also decide on the little pop up whether you want to shop further or proceed to the checkout. Click "Continue Shopping" to add more items to your cart. Click "Checkout" to complete the purchase of the item(s).

You need to enter your name, address, chosen payment method, and shipping method during the checkout process. Click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the page once they have been correctly filled out. Your transaction has now been finished, and you will now see an order confirmation and get an order confirmation email.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as you can to cancel or amend orders and provide all the information you have. While we will make every effort to cancel your purchase as requested, it may not always be feasible due to the possibility that the item has already been shipped. In this event, you may simply mail the products back to us for a refund.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Without making an account, you may explore our website and add items to your basket. You will be prompted to create an account once you reach the checkout step and must provide personal information to complete payment.

This guarantees the security of your online purchases and provides us with the data we need to fulfill your product to you.

After you've registered, you may manage your wish list and newsletter subscriptions, monitor and track your orders, save multiple delivery addresses, and change your account details.

How Do I Track My Order?

You may track your order by accessing your online account and viewing the order status and tracking information in the order history details. Once the order ships, a Shipping Confirmation e-mail is sent to you with the order details and tracking number.

Do the discounts or prices vary in web and stores?

We occasionally provide discounts or promotions that are only available online, but in general, the pricing of regular priced products is the same online as in shops.

How do I apply a coupon code to my order?

Coupon codes can be used in the checkout's coupon code field. Certain promotional codes can't be used in conjunction with other deals.

Can I choose a different delivery address?

You may choose an alternative delivery address, yes. You only need to provide your desired delivery address at the checkout.
